Golden Workflows

WooCommerce Golden Workflows integrate your WooCommerce web store with an ERP system (such as SAP Business One or Sage Intacct):

• SAP Business One Business Partner to WooCommerce Customer
• SAP Business One Item to WooCommerce Product
• SAP Business One Inventory to WooCommerce Inventory
• WooCommerce Order to SAP Business One Order (with Business Partner)
  • The SAP Business One version of this workflow includes creation of a corresponding A/R Down Payment Invoice document and Incoming Payment document.
• SAP Business One Delivery to WooCommerce Order Update
  • This workflow includes tracking information.

ERP Connectors

To install these workflows for an ERP system, basic ERP-specific configuration is required. Once that’s complete, WooCommerce-focused configuration is required to install supporting metadata.

SAP Business One Metadata

Metadata is required to support integrations between WooCommerce and SAP Business One, including the following workflows.

Note that WooCommerce supports many different plugins, so adjustments to workflow mappings using Visual Data Mapper will be required to accommodate plugins. These workflows provide the basic framework and may be freely adjusted as part of implementation setup.

To install Golden Workflows for SAP Business One (B1):

1. Install Saltbox metadata for SAP Business One, as outlined in Saltbox Metadata for SAP Business One.

2. Install WooCommerce-specific metadata for SAP Business One, as outlined in the WooCommerce Metadata for SAP Business One section.

3. Install Golden Workflow project file using the project import feature.
