Saltbox Platform Release Notes for November 12, 2025

This monthly feature release includes usability updates, bug fixes and early access to upcoming features.

Early Access

Saltbox Project Engine version 3.37 includes technical updates.
CurrentRetry and MaxRetries variables have been added to workflow designer.
Visual Data Mapper “add field” option now allows fields to be added above, below, at the top or at the bottom.
Added an Expand/Collapse All button on the Assets page to control all asset groups at once.
Configuration of a trigger’s data source format has been simplified. Un-usable options have been removed.
XPath (Data Path) fields now display an XPath icon to indicate when that field requires a data path rather than plain text.

Added support for exporting admin info.

Updated admin to standardize data across different reports.
Usability Updates:
- Added a scrollbar to the trigger page parameters section.
- Updated workflow designer branch selection drop-down to show all options at once without a scroll bar.

Bug Fixed: Advanced grid settings are not exportable or importable
Bug Fixed: Fixed errors that occur when loading the metadata installation app for B1.
Usability Bug Fixed: When deleting multiple files from a workflow or project, the prompt should not require a file name.
Usability Bug Fixed: “Inactive” workflow tag sometimes flashes on screen for active workflows.
Usability Bug Fixed: Can’t scroll to next result when only one result is found on a filtered visual data mapper target or source.
Usability Bug Fixed: Locked side menu causes environment picker to scroll off screen upon screen resize.
Usability Bug Fixed: Unlocked side menu “more” actions sub-menu is displayed in an unexpected way.
