SFTP Utility Connector updated

SFTP Utility Connector version 3.16.0 includes:

Added a new trigger to fetch bulk-sized data files.
Fixed issue during export of CSV to a bulk data file. CSV text incorrectly included XML markup wrapper.
Fixed error “There is an error in XML document (0, 0). - Root element is missing.” when calling a stored procedure using the trigger “Get Bulk Data from a Query”.
