Salesforce Connector updated

Salesforce Connector version 2.0.0 updates authentication and adds detailed logging and error classification.

This version is not backward-compatible due to updates in the Connector Config for Salesforce. To upgrade this connector to version 2, config updates are required. No changes are needed to actions or mappings as a result of this upgrade.

The following updates are included in this release:

• Added detailed logging and error codes with categories to improve troubleshooting.

• Updated the Connector Config to use OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Flow in a Salesforce External Client App. This replaces the deprecated Salesforce Connected App username-password authentication flow, which will not be supported going forward.
